Early version of this. In practice, I guess it's rather like the BSD
license, moreso than the GPL.


		    Ultimate Source Public License
		       Version 1, April 2002


For centuries, license has meant legal permission to do something.

In recent history, licensing has evolved into a fiendish scheme to turn an old
idea into new capital.

And it all boils down to the fact that we just love telling others what they
can and cannot do with things we consider 'ours.'

That's where this license begins to differ. The author/creator, by including
this license notice, is telling you that he

 *  acknowledges an Ultimate Source in the creative process
 *  regards the work not so much his own as an expression of Ultimate Source
 *  regards the work as something of which he is a steward, rather than owner
 *  wishes to avoid petty battles of "me" and "mine" by sharing the work just
    as Ultimate Source has shared the experience of this Universe with 
    all of Creation

With that in mind, the provisions of this license are simple.

 *  You are free to do with the work what you will.

The only caveat to that is:

 *  You reap what you sow.

Whether you believe that statement or not is irrelevant. The author intends it
not as a threat, only as a guideline for his expectations of what others should
consider when it comes to issues of fair use and giving credit where credit is
due.
